The first one is expected date of delivery as per the last menstrual period, and the second one is expected date of delivery as per the parameters shown in Ultrasound. We go by the EDD by Ultrasound as the earlier one sometimes is variable by a week or so, depending on the exact time and date when she actually conceived. You would be guided to take an inj Anti D ,when you visit your gynae. And it is safe both for the mother and the baby. Usually we give one in 28th wk and the other in 34 th wk. It is especially needed for your subsequent pregnancies, as if the first baby has a positive blood group ,there are some antibodies which are released in mother's blood ,which can be harmful to the next baby.
