Green tea should be had half an hour to 1 hour AFTER your meals. Milk should be avoided with any of the heavy meals, it preferably should be had alone but avoid on empty stomach. Banana preferably on an empty stomach or before a workout. Apple or any other fruit should be had between 2 meals. For eg between breakfast and lunch.

Fruits are best to eat empty stomach like morning and evening. Milk you an take at nyt. And greentea you can take instead of tea at any time if you hve habit of drinking tea more than once.
