Is it possible to reverse premature gray hair into black? If so, then can you suggest me some diets to add in regular meals? Or it's only possible by meds? Or it's just a bullshit?

2. Nutritional deficiencies like chronic protein loss, severe iron deficiency and copper deficiency.

Other causes implicated include stress, and administration of certain drugs and use of certain chemicals (medicated oils).

Kindly use

1. ALTRIS GEL over the scalp (not in the hairs) @night for minimum of 3 months. 
2. Tab KERABLAK daily @night for minimum of 3 months 
3. Q-SERA BLACK Serum to be applied 2 ml once daily @morning, post bathing after drying the scalp
