I am 23 years old and I have squint in one eye And my vision is Right eye:- 3 Left eye :- 6 spherical 1 cylindrical 135 axis Can I become blind as I grow up or become old like 40 years old I have to work on PC in my office so is there any risk of blindness. I am having squint in my eyes.

It has got nothing to do with blindness or become old like 40 years old. Squint correction is very important for binocularity that is two eyes seeing together at one point. And if your squint does not improve with glasses then most likely it needs to be treated surgically .Because you are already 23 years old so not much of gain in binocularity is expected even after surgery. Need complete eye check up by a Ophthalmologist.
