In today's modern time losing weight has become an obsession. Firstly you have to realize that 3 things effects your weight; food, exercise & your lifestyle. Food:- if you want to lose weight make a habit to have your breakfast two & half hours from sunrise, lunch should be after minimum 4 hours or maximum 6 hours & it should be a little less than your hunger.
