Male 30, height 5' & 73 kilos weight, from Bangalore, working in private firm as chemist, married,I observed a small cyst's or tumor in the left part of abdomen just below the ribs in last 2-3 years. Over a time it increased and noticed the same in left part and a small in other parts. Consulted doc nearby, he told these are fat granules, if you don't want I will take out and giving it to your hand. Please suggest me what are these.
