Hello, I have always maintained the fact that weight will never be steady and there will be always flactuations. The more time you give for regular workouts will not help, infact it will simply lead to muscle wasting. My serious recommendation would be to make sure you don't go over bored with the exercise and make sure you hire a personal trainer for better workouts. Workouts without a good diet is simply a waste.
