I am 22 year old male. Broke my femur mid shaft exactly 5 months before. I've started to jog slowly. Can I push more and do exercises like squat and leg press and other rehab exercises and be back to sport (cricket) in another one month? I do feel a little numbness and tightness after doing rigorous training.

Do exercise slowly don't get heavy work-out daily up to 1-2 months, apply ice fomentation on affected part for 5-10 minutes a day.
