I am having COPD. Following exacerbation I have in addition to inhalers been advised the following COPD specific medicines. A. Tab Roflumilast 500 mg OD. B. Tab Nac 600 mg TDS and C. Tab Urimax 0.4 mg OD (TOS). Due to these medicines I am loosing appetite, have regular pain in the stomach and can not sleep for more than six hours at night. Please advise.
