For last 3-4 years, I slept at 5 am morning and I used to wake up all night. As result of this, I have wrinkles under eyes. How can I rectify this? And also my skin is dry now a days. Can you suggest me a moisturizer?

It is not good for health the kind of life style you have been having. Sleep is very important. If you have changed your habit and are sleeping at least 8 hours then only will there be any improvement under your eyes. You can apply a good under eye cream at night. Find the cause whether it is due to night time awakening or some cosmetic you are applying under eyes or it is just effect of light (Tyndall� effect) or it is hereditary. Take plenty of fluids, sleep at night at right time.
