4.5 Yrs old daughter have pimple in inner face of nose. Have some pain. Secondly - her diet is not good as she never eat good food, at home. Please suggest what to do?

Pimples in inner face of nose also known as vestibulitis. Initiate syrup ampilox (250 mg/5 ml) 2.5 ml 8 hourly for 5 days and for pain relief syrup ibugesic plus 3.5 ml sos. You can add multivitamin drops syrup polybion 2.5 ml twice daily for 7 days. At this tender age children are very picky in accepting food, would require some extra effort and observe their preferences, and try calorie dense food with monitoring of weight gain.
