Hello, I am 25 years old female and recently I got tested for Thyroid. My T3, T4 levels are in the range but my TSH is 6.31, a little higher than the range. Also, my weight is 76 Kgs. I'm trying hard to lose weight, but unable to reach my goal. And also, I didn't consult any doctor yet because I want to cure it without medication. Can you please suggest me the solution for this problem.

Continue regular exercise with healthy eating habits even if you don't loose weight. TSH is borderline high, needs to be treated only if you have irregular periods or planning pregnancy. Otherwise repeat TSH after 6 months.
