Hi, Almost all the tooth paste have same ingredients. You need to brush your teeth twice daily and also do saline rinses. Before that you need a dental scaling done (oral prophylaxis) at a dental clinic. For your satisfaction use VINTAGE tooth paste it will also keep your teeth white and germ free. Pyorrhoea or loose/bleeding gums problem can not be treated by any medicine or toothpaste alone, you need a oral prophylaxis treatment to clean arround your diseased gums so that the gums can heal completely.
