Very good question. Please identify your target first. Are you looking to maintain, loose or gain weight. Once you identify your target, try to eat often (ever 3-4 hours, small meals) rather than huge meals for 2-3 times in a day. For a working person, the idea is - MEAL PLANNING. Which means on a holiday you can prepare few small boxes of easy to carry food items. E.g.- nuts, fruits, snacks like sprouts etc. One can do this planning for atleast next 2-3 days and then again repeat. You must also take in consideration your requisite of energy according to age, height, type of work etc. Best advice would be to consult a dietician one on one and chart out a diet best suited for you.
