I want to reduce my belly fat. It looks so odd. My HbA1c, Thyroid Function Test is normal. I am non diabetic. I take TelmaAM 40 daily to control Hypertension as advised by Doctor. I am non smoker. Take alcohol once or twice in a week (400 ml in a week). I want to reduce my weight. Please advise.

The alcohol percentage also matters for the belly fat accumulation as alcohol provides 7 kcalories per 1 ml of it. So try to choose alcohol with lesser alcohol percentage and limit it to 200 ml per week instead of 400 ml.
