My grandfather cannot see in night. He is very old almost plus 90s. He can see little bit in day but in night he can't see anything. Can you guide what is the problem or what precautions we take to end it thank you.

Cataract specially peripheral cortical cataract can affect night vision. There are other causes of decreased night vision but then he needs to undergo a thorough detailed fundus evaluation for that. But looking at the symptoms and his age and if it's gradual progression of symptoms, cataract looks more likely. Cataract extraction along with an intraocular lens would be the solution if that is the case.
