Hi Lybrate User You can take these 3 together but I Will suggest you to take Tab Vyoshadi Guggul two tablets two times a day with Fresh Avala juice with lukewarm water after taking breakfast. Vyoshadi Guggul is more potent and significantly result oriented. Take care Thank Regards.
