I am 50 years old. My height is 172 cm and weight 84 kg. I am taking medicines for hypertension, which is always under control. I take Lodoz 5 mg after breakfast and Concur 5 mg after dinner. Daily I walk 6 km a day with a pace of 1 km/ 11 min. I burn around 400cal a day. I take calorie count while taking food and I am calorie conscious. I hydrate my body with 11 glasses of water everyday. I have no thyroid issues. I am unable to reduce my weight. Please advise me on how to go about reducing weight.
