I am having ankylosing spondylosis and facing recent flares in one or other joints of my body. Currently having saaz 1gm DS twice daily, Tizam 2 once a day, with Aciloc RD twice a day, folitrax 15 once a week, folvite 5 days a week, Etoshine 90 twice a day, Shelcal 500 once a day and Lumia 60k once a month. The flares are painful and reducing my range of motion and facing jaw lock also.

Try biologics if your problems are increasing. Also, keep a watch on AS markers. If they are elevated inspite of taking medicines, you may have to try biologics to control disease progression. Physiotherapy especially chest exercises are very important in AS.
