I am suffering from Spondyloarthropathy from last 8 years. I am 30 years old. X ray shows Sacroiliitis. HLA b27 positive. Now start using ashvagandha safe Musli and Shilajeet capsules of patanjali. Is it safe to take with in limit. Serving in Indian Air Force. pregabalin Hcq by medical specialist. I used to take these when back ache is more than normal. Advise me please. Is there any cure of Spondyloarthropathies.

Hello Lybrate-user, ankylosis spondylitis with medication you will feel better but along with that you need to start physiotherapy which is must there is no permanent cure of these disease but we can suppress it.
