Please suggest. How to reduce the Upper abdominal fat?

Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with brisk walk / exercise / gymming and you can lose inches around the abdomen and also shed weight. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only. Avoid simple sugars. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Have plenty of water.
