I have dark skin I used cosmelite cream. And my skin became fair. And after I stop using this cream my skin became very dark. So my question is does cosmelite cream give permanent fair look? If I continue to use this cream does it cause a skin disease.

Hello, Cosmelite cream must not be used more than 3 months as it has steroid. There are various treatment for pigmentation. From creams containing hydroquinone to milder ones of Kojic acid, niacinamide, arbutin. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. You can consult in private with pictures.
