I am suffering from renal cell carcinoma and removed my right kidney and left kidney effected to 13-14 mm tumor please suggest me any right way in this condition.

If you are mentioning that your tumor size was 13 to 14 mm then it's a small tumor and generally nothing more is needed. However, the biopsy report and baseline imaging must be evaluated to make a definite decision. Also you may need metastatic work up just to be sure.
