Isotretinoin does cause dryness of skin and redness initially. Its called tretinoin purge and takes few weeks to reduce. Also reactions depend on doses if someone has severe sideeffects we can reduce dose to 10 mg a day also. Its very important to use sunscreen during usage of tretinoin as skin becomes very sensitive. Consult your Dermatologist.
