This tablet contains a triple drug combination (fexofenadine+monteleukast+Acebrophyllin) which is not a recommended thing unless avoidable. Long term there are many side effects including cardiac, blood and platelet related and also a certain severe condition which is a rare side effect called Churg strauss syndrome with monteleukast. I suggest you to see a physician so that minimum required medicines are given on a long term basis. Please stop using such medicines directly from pharmacy stores without the opinion of a chest specialist.
