That depends on several factors. If you want to reduce weight then it can help. One should have 12 hours or more gap between last meal of the day and first meal of next day. If you skip dinner and you don't have to eat any other food or snacks.

Hello dear, hope you?re doing well, don't skip your dinner, it is not a good option ,everyday your body required energy as fuel to maintain your body, skipping meal means you are reducing energy from your day, which may lead to deficiency of vitamins and minerals, please have your everyday meal on time it will helps you to maintain your energy and best of luck.
