I M 30 years old, I have BP of 140/80 to 125/75 varying. I had a complete master check up in last year September even before tht I use to have foamy urine. It found no proteinuria case. But whenever I pee I afraid tht my kidneys damaged. One of my close friend dad died by kidney failure I M afraid. I walk at least 4 days a week for 30-45 mins. Thoughts are killing me.

Mr. lybrate-user, having a foamy urine only once can be ignored after you have got your urine analysis done. May be a Renal Function Test will showing the creatinine levels will tell you the exact condition of your kidneys which should be fine. Please don't be so tensed and scared. You are young, having blood pressure is not good, but you can keep it checked by diet, exercise and regular medication. Get your blood pressure checked twice a week or get the machine Home and check daily. Keeping the blood pressure under Control will never harm your body. Please relax! Take regular medication.
