Hello Sir/Madam I want to loose my belly fat, as I am not overweight right now and doing regular workouts everyday for last one year but not able to lose much fat around belly area, my BMI is close to borderline. I want a flat belly. I'm also taking a balanced diet with workout. Can taking Levocarnitine 500 Mg one tab per day is good option for me? Please advise me.

Avoid taking medicines, unless there is dire need and prescribed by doctors. Currently you are about 5 kgs overweight. When you reduce the weight, your tummy will automatically reduce. Also you need to spend 50% of workout time on intense aerobics/running + 25% time on abs and back + 25% time on strength and weights. Aim to reduce a kg per month and in five months time you can get the shape you desire.
