I have small acnes on my both breasts what could be reason for this and is there any serious in that. Few months back in Jan -18 my TSH was at high level approx 8.00 now it is fine is it related to that or what else?

The breast acne could be a part of generalised acne or folliculitis. Sometimes it may be an allergic reaction. Better to show it to a dermatologist. The TSH of 8 is suggestive of hypothyroidism. Better to re-evaluate again in 4-6 weeks along with T3 and T4 levels and consider starting thyroxine tablets for the same. Also, see an endocrinologist for the same.
