I want to burn stomach fat for that I decide to do run at morning. Also I have a problem of weakness (faint) at the time of exercise. So what should be my diet plan according that, what care should I take and also what exercise I do.

1. Drink two glasses of water immediately after you get up. 2. Eat a banana 15 mins before exercise. 3. Keep sipping water during breaks while running/exercise depending on temperature.
