I want to lose weight and I cut down chapatis in lunch and dinner. But I dnt have time for exercise or if I go fr walk feeling suffocated my face became too red. So I started skipping 300+, does it is ok, or I should do other exercise too?

Hello lybrate-user, good you can even do skipping daily but do some stretches before you start skipping. Eat healthy & nutritious diet. Include fruits & veggies, nuts in your daily diet. Avoid sugars, junk foods & carbonated drinks. Exercise is a must along with the diet. So keep following the same regime. Thank You. Good day.
