Dose of Insulin need to be modified. As you said BSL fasting is fluctuating. It is because of diet you are taking. you should stick to Diabetic as well as low sodium diet. Avoid sugar and sugar containing products. Low sodium increase portion of salads and vegetables portion in your thali. Ideally Cabbage and cucumber are food with low GI.
