I am a 62 years old male. Since last 3 months, I experience pain in my shoulder whenever I stretch my arm (as when trying to reach an object slightly away or lying on floor). I am also unable to move my arm in circular motion or try to reach a point on my back. Additionally, there is constant pain in upper part of my right arm. This appears to have started recently when I tried to arrest my fall forward and took my body weight on my both arms. Am I a case of frozen shoulders? Or is it something else? Is there a cure for it?
