I am a male age 60 and weight 65 kg. I am a diabetic person and I have slightly raised cholesterol level. I want to know what should be my diet chart for daily routine? Please tell.

For mildly raised serum cholesterol at the age of 65 you need not to worry too much. Just reduce intake of saturated fats like ghee, butter,cream, red meat, egg yolk cakes, pastries etc. Regular walk is must, which is good for diabetes and overall health also. To keep controlled blood sugar you should avoid sugar, jaggery,honey, sweets,sweet fruits like banana, mangoes,grapes, cheekoo etc. Take small frequent meals instead of large ones. Use whole grain cereals flour. Use lots of vegetables and salad.
