I'm 23 years old. I have oily skin. Lately I've been having bumps on my skin. Sometimes I even have little inflammation. I have a lot of dandruff. Do you think the bumps are because of the dandruff? Around my mouth more clearly on the skin around the edges of my mouth, it's been getting dry and rough. I started using vitamin E oil and aloe vera together since 2 days and the bumps don't seem to reduce. Please help me know what the problem is so that I can take measures to correct it.
