I am male 22 years old I am 5'10 177 cm and 191 pounds (87 kg) but people says that I do not look like weighing that much and also my appearance is also do not look like fat persons body shape. Cause recently I have reduced 23 kg in 2 months. I was about 110 kg and now I am 87 kg. So I am wondering what makes me weigh more. Is it okay to be normal to weigh this much? And also physically I do not look like overweight and the body shape.

Congratulation on losing 27 kgs. TOO GOOD. You still need to lose about 10 kgs. Also in some, the distribution of fat is such that it makes you look fat, even when you aren't. Liposuction will help in such cases to get the body back to shape.
