Hi, I have a 11 years old son who we got a lipid profile done (shockef with results: Total cholesterol 282 and LDL 207) after his father recently suffered from a heart attack. My son is 53 kg and I am scared of his family history. Do I need to consult a cardiologist?

Check cholesterol when he is 18, too early to think of cholesterol. Hypothyroidism is autoimmune disease, probably results from poor diet, and so too obesity. Please discuss on phone for more information.
