I get heart palpitations fast all of a sudden and it continues for 10-15 min, My bp is 130/90, height 180 cm, wt 80 kg. I had gastric issues previously a month back, now it have recovered, Apart from that I had anxieties, but now I hV controlled a lot, not like I had 4months ago. I don't know mostly during evening or night, I started to feel lethargic, off mood, my thyroid is normal, but I have deficiencies in Vitamin D and B12 after test done two months back. I took medicine for vitamin D3. Why don't I feel active? Daily I walk for 3-4 km, I do not have any other issues except these sudden lethargic feeling, and heart palpitations. I even did an ecg ,it was normal too. Not a smoker or drinker too.

Try rest and good food for two months, that should help. Avoid alcohol sugar jaggery and excess of starchy foods. Take traditional health foods like cheese nuts eggs butter fish etc. Learn to count your pulse. If it is more than 150/ minute, discuss with a cardio.
