Sir, my problem is my tummy is big but by all angles my personality is average with my age and weight but my stomach tummy and chest are enlarging it's gives wrong image in society due to busy schedule I cannot do exercise sir pls suggest diet and corrective measures I am non-vegetarian.

Have a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Exercise regularly even if it is brisk walk for 30-40 mins daily. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Avoid simple sugars.
