Hi I am 36 years old male I am hla b27 positive and dealing painfully with ankylosing spondylitis. My doctor prescribed me sazo 500. I want to know is it a safe drug is it a steroid or pain killer and its possible side effect on kidney and liver.

It is neither steroid nor a regular pain killer. It disease modifying drug for ankylosing spondylitis. You have to regularly check your LFT while on treatment.
