I am taking Amaryl m2 twice in a day with a huminsulin N.Insulin in morning 25 unit & night 10 mg. My fasting is 120/130 but my pp is 190/220. Now my question is can I take cetapin 1000 before lunch.

Instead increase dose of huminsulin 30 units. Then recheck daily for 3 days.

Dose adjustment needed. Insulin shd be given 2/3rd in the morning while I was remaining 1/3rd in the evening. That's the correct pattern. Cetapin is metformin only which is already there on amaryl m. You shd rather have medicine of another group. Call me if needed for proper treatment. Regards.
