I am 28 year old female. 1 year ago I diagnosed with hypothyroidism post pregnancy. At that time my tsh was 48 with swelled thyroid gland. Dr. advised me to take 75 mcg eltroxin. It stabilize my thyroid level to 1.10. After stopping breastfeed my tsh level was 9 with the dose of 75 mcg. I increased it to 100 mcg. After 1 month on this dose the tsh level was 4.45. My Dr. said according to my weight my dosage is 125 mcg. I took 125 mcg for 21 days. After take 2 months of 100 mcg and 21 days on 125 mcg I checked my tsh level today i.e 0.46. Is not it too low. Do I need to decrease my dose?
