Skin fungal infection should be treated as soon as possible otherwise it can be the cause of other skin disease. As you said that you already are having medicines but there is no positive results coming, it means you are not taking proper care and precautions while taking medicines. Medicines only works when proper care is taken. I would advise you to continue your medicines which are prescribed by doctor. My suggestions for you : - 1. First and foremost thing is - use only antiseptic/antibacterial bathing soap. It will eliminate the dirt and germs that are accumulated on the effected skin. 2. After bathing, it is important to keep infected area dry and clean so that fungus doesn't spread. 3. Apply the prescribed antibacterial ointments only after cleaning and drying the infected area. 4. You can use anti fungal/bacterial powder on infected area. 5. The most effective anti fungal medicines are Gynazle, Lotrimin, Monistat, and Terazol. Single oral dose of Diflucan medicine can also give better result. You can discuss about these medicines with doctor. 6. Eat a well-balanced diet including yogurt. 7. Things must be avoided are - a. Wearing tight pants, pantyhose, tights, or leggings. b. Using feminine deodorant or deodorant tampons/pads. c. To sit around in wet clothing, especially bathing suits. d.
