Hi, I want to ask I go to gym for gaining weight, and for improving my digestive system, so can I drink green tea if yes how many time in a week and in what way cold or hot green tea.

Hi. U can have green tea/oolong tea /jasmine tea .two to three times a day try taking it hot avoid any added sweeteners eat healthy stay healthy.

You don't need any green tea at all, so�shouldis not the right word. Don't drink too much of it or you raise your risk of liver problems. It is not magical. People make claims for green tea that are not supported by science. I recommend application of this.
