I am 59 year male, 5.6" height, 85 kg weight. Mostly six days in a week I take a bowl of Oats cooked in water & a cup of cows milk with crushed nuts. Lunch two chapatis with bowl of curd, and not too heavy dinner. Two cups of Green tea, One cup tea with milk without sugar. and some times light snacks / biscuits/ fruit in the evening Al though I take very restricted salt I have to take 1 tab Telesta-40 daily after breakfast and with that my BP is 130/85- 140/90 and some times 145/95, Once my sleep is disturbed, I do not get sleep easily. I also take Tonect-10 at night for controlling cholesterol. I am fond of sweets. Please suggest ideal method to slash weight around stomach and thigh region.. Thanx
