I do binge eating when it comes to sweets, chocolates or processed sugar products like biscuits. Once I eat something sweet I cannot control the urge to eat more. And such feelings happen usually when I wake up from sleep. There are days when I just crave for chocolates. My Hba1C is 5.7.FBS and RBS also within normal limits. How should I deal with this problem?
