Hi doctor. I wants to lose my weight. My AMH value 2.38 ng/ml on 3rd day of period. And my LH value is 10.15 mlU/mL and FSH value is 7.61 mlU/mL. My HSG x-ray is normal. Endometrial thickness is 6.0 mm. Uterus is normal in size n echotexture. Myometrial and endometrial echoes are normal. No focal lesion is seen. Both ovaries are normal in size n echotexture. Wants to conceive and lose weight also. Now this is 2nd time I am taking regestrone 5 mg tab for having my period. Already had glyciphage Sr 1gm. please help me in this. Getting depressed.
