Dear Doctor Sir/Mam, My mother was suffering from skin disease from 2010 During winter seasons only swelling and blisters comes out in foot, arms and inside fingers, cause painful and intolerable. One of my brother help to write this as we are very poor people, unable to more costly treatment. Please help me or suggest test and medicine, so I can start treatment.
