I have had squint eye from childhood, and have had a squint surgery in my left eye at a age of 14, though it has made a great difference, still the squint is obvious when I don't wear glasses, now I'm 20 years old and right eye have -1.5 & left eye -6 vision, can I completely correct my squint by taking another surgery? Will it affect my vision in any ways?

It depends upon how much residual squint you have at present. If it is significant, another surgery can be undertaken to correct it. However, squint surgery does not affect vision and for glass removal, you will have to undergo a separate surgery.
