Hii Dr. My mom is diabetic for 13+ years and hypertensive for 16+ years. She is taking following medicines- Glimestar M 2 forte in morning, pioz 30 mg in evening and start 40 mg. Her fasting bs ranges from 100-120 mg/dl and 180-200 mg/dl after dinner but her bs after breakfast goes as high as 350. How to control it. She takes 2 chapaties in breakfast. Thanks and regards.

One of the Gliptines need to be added in current regimen. It will control PP hyperglycemia. Try CGM once so that we can know the daily ups n down in sugar levels. Pls ping me if needed
